Refund Policy
This refund policy describes how we handle refund requests.
Our kayaks: We will refund your money within 7 (seven) days of purchase with no questions ask. As long as the kayak has no damage, no scratches and no scuffs. We will not refund any postage or delivery cost.
If the kayak has scratches and scuffes when you return it, we will only refund you a maximum of 50% of kayak selling price
If the kayak is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, we will send it back to you at your cost

If at our discretion a refund is offered this will be repaid by the method of payment it was received.
